Well said - I'm not an expert and it's tough to say if it's legit

I will say i looked through some of the judges other suits, and they were handled pretty quickly.

However, UOIP's suit, by the fact that it has a lot of activity and is drawing out, makes me think it is legit.

I saw depositions, as well as a trial scheduling date set for august.

yes, june 12th we learn a lot more per filing. the joint statement part of it leads you to think the sides are talking to each other. which clearly they have too anyway, but since the cisco beat down a month ago, the cable companies need to figure out what they are going to do.
