Ms. Nash,

Understanding that this is a bad day for you, and you have my sympathy. I don't think you're the villain here.

It has been said that you should be hired as an expert for MaxD on the appeal of today's decision. I wonder if you have any comment about that suggestion. We can put aside the obvious problem that appeals don't generally deal with evidence and fact, and so it's too late likely for new experts. I'm wondering though if you were satisfied with the qualifications of the expert who testified for Vedanti at the PTAB and also the quality of the lawyer who acted for Vedanti? And while I suspect you don't agree with the reasoning of the panel, do you think it was a fair hearing or do you adopt the view that the panel was corrupt?

I appreciate that nerves may still be a bit raw today, but I hope you might dispel some of the pure hokum being spread about today's result.

This is why I can't take Nash seriously.
Dozens if not hundreds of codecs in the world and she claims she's built "the only" one. Yet refuses to actually identify it.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_codecs

Then the usual detour into how she was taken advantage of by being forced to accept half a million $ from MAXD.

I built THE ONLY CODEC. The only Source Code. The algorithms. I BUILT IT ALL. Funded it all, and smoked right along until two strangers to us, signed an April 10, 2014 Finder's Fee and didn't consult or tell us: they didn't even know our company name of ours. My life changed after 12 great years: I was a fight-back-target. Didn't do any good: if anybody has 1 patent and they then sue Google or Apple or Microsoft with it, then the end of the line is that day.
