Well he is the CEO. Who is the chairman? Was there a milestone? What was it? Is this because he wanted to rush it pre deal? Questions questions. If he got 450k for nothing it could be actionable. Maybe he wanted the options pre announcement. We are probably providing the loan for him to exercise the option and will forgive it if it rains.
