The options he got in this round are worth nothing right now since they have a strike price of 5.92. His incentive is to grow PPS to cash in.

We may know more about reason for award with next 10-q. Perhaps, hopefully, we will know before with announcement about trials and/or partnership.

As a shareholder it is reasonable to pose the question regarding options granted to Missling.

He has not got options at throw away price - he has a strike price that is almost close to 6.00. One way to interpret is that 450K potential shares are granted keeping in mind that it has to be tied to something significant that is bound to occur with time. We do not for sure if it will be in the next 15 days or another 2 months.

Let us give it sometime - yes, some more time. There is a presentation tomorrow and let us see if there is going to be a mention of something definitive in terms of any trial or any other data read out that is upcoming.

There is some chance that his options may turn out to be worthless or once he exercises those, the pps may turn south in the long run and he will lose money. So is that some consolation? or there is some chance that the stock will rise nicely and do really well and Missling will make lot of money - is that a cause of envy?

I have a good feeling that those options are granted for a good reason and is a signal to longs that there is some good news coming. If you ask me 'when' - all I can say is 'anytime' (or another way of saying 'I don't know').

There may be other negative interpretations about this options granted. I will leave that to the resident experts who can make a convincing argument.
