Basically, the two said "you go your way, I'll go mine...and either of us are getting any damages"

Pretty much the worst possible outcome.

ZPaul stop brining up Microsoft. Its done and over with. 9.7 million paid out to sfor bit 4.1 million was the net profit from that after fees. Sfor just posted fins again and rhey incurred another moss this quarter of 1.1 million. Thats a huge loss for 1qtr. The question to many has been, when will sfor be able to stand on its own and not survive off of lawsuits? What will happen if these companys who do produce revenues keeps the battle in court ongoing until sfor is out of money?

What happens to the stock and its investors from that point?
