WITH FREAKING PREJUDICE THOUGH!

That's why MSFT paid $9.7 million to SFOR ....BECAUSE THERE WAS PREJUDICE !

Basically, the two said "you go your way, I'll go mine...and either of us are getting any damages"

Pretty much the worst possible outcome.
