Yes. I too could see it over a penny again. As I see it, the next big event is the IPR ruling. I'm surprised that we haven't see promotion about that along previous lines, e.g. "it's obvious that MaxD will win, billion dollar settlement tasted in mouths of lawyers on contigency, etc, etc".
