"Bad analogy."

wow..i thought you never met a analogy you didn't like..

"A bucket of worms looks good to those starving."

no it doesn't..

"And labels are misleading in investing too which is why all companies have risk disclaimers and forward looking statement warnings."......"Kim has never "mislead"."

hmmm..kim has a ton of disclaimers...you say the reason for them is because companies mislead...so......say what?..

"If he did he would have been sued."

lol..sued for what?..company profits that don't exist?..mulberry trees?..it would be crazy to sue a 7 cent penny stock that makes no money...almost as crazy as investing in them..

"Those that think they are mislead are actually misinterpreting."

to a very large extent that is true..but yea, kim does also mislead..absolutely..purposely..

"If you actually read Kims statements AND read the disclaimer you know you are not being mislead."

disclaimers dont make it ok to lie or mislead..lying is not covered by disclaimers..

"You are just being informed of future intent."

and if that future intent is nothing more than a pipe dream which the ceo knows is highly unlikely to actually occur, you are being mislead...

and no..disclaimers don't cover that..
