You don't choose to eat.
A bucket of worms looks good to those starving.

And there are so many misleading labels on food trying to say they are not misleading is laughable

You do choose to invest. You don't die if you choose not to invest.

And labels are misleading in investing too which is why all companies have risk disclaimers and forward looking statement warnings.

If anything investing is more transparent than food.
While food gives you details about what it's made of there are no disclaimers.

That's why law are changing about "organic" labels.

Kim has never "mislead". If he did he would have been sued.
Those that think they are mislead are actually misinterpreting.

If you actually read Kims statements AND read the disclaimer you know you are not being mislead.
You are just being informed of future intent.
