We all know by now many court documents seemed to not only contradict others, but seemed designed to confuse all.

I have sent the LT emails asking for clarification but get nothing. So we wait to find out.

75/25 split does not include the interests. There is no interest for preferreds. FJR only applies to class 16.

As others have implied, 1.9% FJR does not apply if there is a 75%/25% split in last traunche. If APR applies, Preferred gets face + applicable interest rate + FJR. Common gets what is remaining (FJR does not apply).
