The market value of the company is independent of the number of shares. The price per share is dependent on the number of shares available.

That is why you need to think what the market value of the company is and figure out whether it is under value or overvalued.

As of right now, Biel is very highly under valued because the market value is only 13 to 14 million dollars. The market value should be at least a factor of 10 of that or higher, which makes the price per share north of 0.008!!!

False. It is all the same. $13-Million Market-Cap on this stock is the exact same as 1 millions shares outstanding at $13 per share.

Or the same as 10 million shares outstanding at $1.30.

The stock will act and react the same.

This one is going to be a monster.
