Could it be possible that ACS paid SFOR in full for the patents in the 1st Qtr? I only think this because CJ stated In their webinar (March 30, 2017) that they own 100% of the key encryption patents. Why would he say that adamantly if he was still Paying royalties? Plus with all the deals lined up and some big ones done per KAY, it would have made sense to pay SFOR the $9M to avoid paying another $50m in royalties on my hypothetical ACS $1B deals.
