i agree this is what could've happened. There is another similar option.

I used to buy and flip collectible cars. I did all the work on the first many but, after a while I realized that I could do better buying cars that, people had already started and just flamed out. Not necessarily ran out of money but, didn't want to sacrifice any more .

Most of the work is done. Most of the losses are in his pocket. I come along clean it up a little and flip it for a good profit.

USMJ has already done all of the hard work here. They created this baby and brought it to market. They laid foundations and partnerships.

The hard part is done. It's just a lil cleaning and this puppy is going green.
