I am full aware that ACI could be just one guy and the name was recently made up (doesn't matter to me), but I believe that USMJ has much more real potential as a legitimate company than as a vehicle to keep several people scamming the public for a little while longer. If they were crooks they would be better off declaring chapter 11 and moving on to the next scam. This new source of revenue is not coming from the shareholders, but a new source. Worst scenario for us is some dilution in the short term.
