That 40 milion he spend came from shareholders what are getting in turn nothing but bragging. There has to come a new ceo with who can take this little company to the next stage. An please pick somone else for the interviews.

I think they are on the right path.

A lot of people still don't believe in Actipatch. I have to wear it and show it to people before they believe me.

With all my friends tried it. They referred to more friends.

Let biel build their foundation.

I believe this will be a dividend stock because of their monopoly product.

Thank You for your post! This is exactly what I tried to convey to Andy when I spoke with him. He started in with the, well we are going in a different direction spiel. I said Andy, you have OTC FDA clearance! You have permission to sell to the masses! Then I started explaining how through Jeff we can get the message out to Ray about these awesome patches. Andy may be stubborn but he isn't stupid. As you said, he is just so use to finding a way to do it on the cheap that he doesn't see what he really needs to do. BORROW THE FUNDS, THEN ADVERTISE THESE AWESOME FDA CLEARED PATCHES TO THE THE MASSES! If Sugar decides to help it's icing on the cake! With the funds,a popular spokesman, awesome products, WOW home run! I don't blame Andy for being thrifty, it's got him this far, but he now has to get her out of L1 and place this baby in DRIVE! Get the loan, show America what you have because it's a great pain reliever at exactly the right time in history. PLEASE don't miss your chance by educating doctors instead. Be headstrong about showing the masses! Remember this, 80% of the pain pills are sold to 4% of the worlds population. The American market is like no other. We Americans have *expendable cash and you have a product that will sell when advertised to the America people. You've been trying to sell a $30 product to foreigners who simply don't have expendable cash. Many of these people live off less than $2 a day. No wonder sales are weak they simply don't have the extra cash to buy these patches BUT Americans do and that's what is important to remember. Selling these patch to Americans, especially with this epidemic, is what has to be the goal. Build it and they will come....IF they no it exists. Advertise it and Americans will respond like or even more so than they did after The Dr. Oz Show!

I agree that Biel should go full power on a marketing and advertising campaign with three product lines that can be marketed and sold in the US OVER THE COUNTER:

1. ACTIPATCH FOR KNEE, AND LET PEOPLE FIGURE OUT WHERE ELSE TO USE IT
2. SMART INSOLE
3. HEALFAST

*LATER THEY CAN ADD THE BACKPAIN AND GENERAL USE WHEN THEY GET FDA CLEARANCE FOR BACKPAIN IN THE USA

They don't need to be creative anymore in order to save money in advertising and/or educating people. They have the world market, US market and FDA clearance. Advertisers and Marketers know exactly what to do right now to promote and market the product. They have all the ingredients they need. Biel should not be afraid of strong marketing anymore, there is no set backs or surprises anymore after FDA clearance.

They should be able to secure a partnership, distribution network, and marketing network in no time. They need to feed in order to eat. They need to reward others in order to grow the business. They have a huge opportunity ahead of them. Doing it on their own does not cut it anymore.

I am willing to give them til the end of the year to take care of business. It is all about business now! This issue of it works, it doesn't work, FDA clearance, etc... all behind us right now!!!!! Now the question in front of us is how to market and promote the sale of Actipatch Over the Counter. They have all they need with a unique opportunity to do so, after FDA clearance.
