The company raised sufficient funds to run operations and IPR appeal for 2017 by converting notes in August as reported in Q's n K. There will not be any quarterly dilution.

And these quarterly cash flow needs are for whom? who is selling the stock in your opinion to raise cash for corp or institutional purposes? 1 million shares is 22k. Is that pocket change going to affect some institutional/corp direction/decisions?
