Quarterly in terms of quarterly cash flow needs - we'd never know when they are actually selling shares from treasury to pay the bills other than maybe guessing via volume spikes

Also, they would likely do it over time, not at regular 'dates'/times of the year so not to tip off. This would allow their traders to sell at a decent price/not affect the stock too negatively (ie work the trade)

Already 1 mil shares today - 600k premarket and 400k now so- to me looks like slow dilution
