Secondly, related to no impact on the stock, yes delay and dilution are negative but they are also FACTS not hyperbole - if you can't deal with facts that's your issue not mine.
Thirdly, who needs the cash? Well CEO needs to be paid his 150k+ per year, public co costs, consulting fees for accountants and of course the lawyers need to be paid for the CAFC as we all know only the lawyers handling th District Court case are on contingency.
I suggest you look at their cash flow statement if you think I am making things up. Clearly, 1 mil in cash was spent last year you can see how that was broken up and where it went if you take the time to actually do diligence on a company as I do
