My thoughts are pretty much what You conveyed in Your message.

The average investor cannot get in and out because of the 3 day waiting period for Pink stocks.

The Market Makers[supported by Hedge Funds]can buy and sell anytime they want to.

Big money from Hedge Funds are behind a sudden drop in Share price.

The Market Makers have a great desire to please the Hedgies because it brings more business to that Individual[MM].
