Agree it can be amazing but so what?

It is 32 patients - all old Australian people - technically no variation

Also - the primary target is to complete PK/PD data - the parameters and attributes and formulae are defined.

They should focus on doing one thing is complete basic Pk/Pd data to enough info to move to next phase.

So I still think Ariana is not the reason for delay. Company never said Ariana will be used for pk/pd data.

The good doctor made the point at the asm that every person is different which adds many variables to any analysis. One of the questions that was asked was about 273's effect with other drugs and Dr m stated this was part of the analysis. This stuff takes time and the more data and patterns we have will enhance the chances of success. You all need to be patient!
