The filing isnt just late, its now delinquent.



On 5/15/14, which you mentioned, HCTI filed a notice of inability to file the 10Q on time.

They then filed it 5 days later on 5/20/14

Late filing isnt a problem, being delinquent in filing is.

They gave notice of inability to file 10K on 3/31/14

and then didnt file the until 5/2/14


Not good they have this history, but it is encouraging in that
it may not be the biggest deal being delinquent?
