Taking a look at the SEC filings for the 10K. HCTI filed after the deadline 2 times sense 2012. This will make it 3 out of the last 5 years. The first one was 5/17/2012 and the second one was 5/2/14. I don't think we should worry to much yet about the 10K being late. With all the stuff in the works I truly see value in this company. Time will tell the story on this one. Someone keeps buying all the 1's and a couple 2's. GLTA!
