Good post, JJ. Missling apparently thought he had enough Joe Retail votes to get it passed. Maybe he thought too highly of himself as in "my retail shareholders love me so much that they will vote yes for any and all proposals I deem necessary and prudent". Unfortunately, he came up a million and a half votes shy on that gamble. If he would have explained to us the complete unadulterated truth behind his request for that proposal it would have probably passed. That appears to be his MO for whatever reason now. We get no news, no updates, no data released, no anything. He's playing a game of chess with this strategy and I hope it doesn't come back to bite us all in the ass, himself included. That would be a crying shame.
