Mr. Keough is appearing to be a desperate leader of failing companies. His companies’ stock prices are plummeting and he isn't filing the proper paperwork in one of them. Of course the lawsuit fillings look good and they better look insightful otherwise the case is thrown out before it even begins and he looks like a very poor lawyer which obviously he is not. Phillips has proven nothing. All that has been shown is one side of the lawsuit . Keough must try to stop the bleeding by showing his side publicly in order to sway public opinion his way. Dr. O does not need to defend himself in the public eye.
