Keough is attempting to stop Otiko rather than compete with him. The Complaint is very insightful. Of course Otiko has a right to defend himself. With his history of fluff news, lies and misleading statements in his financials, self-enrichment through use of his own businesses as customers/suppliers, I believe he is SOL.

Also read the Exhibits included with the recent Annual Report with Disclosures (the second upload). Howard Phillips proves Otiko has been lying and misleading and asks him to correct these statements.
