Yeah, I did read the 21 page Cowan reply. It certainly appears the arguments should be in Cowan's favor re: the jury, but who knows! I forgot about the May 1 oral arguments. Do you have any sense of when the judge might then render his decision? IMO...the case is still months away from any sort of conclusion and that's forgetting any appeals! A court trial versus a jury trial would likely happen more quickly!
