There will be oral arguments on the jury trial issue...

The Cowan defense team filed a response though....

Reading through the DIMBULB TAUG attorney's motion vs the Cowan response is pretty interesting...
We will see soon enough which one persuades the judge...
I can't imagine their oral arguments being much different.

Cowan will win this round I think...but you never know with the court.
