Like others have stated pixl has to figure out what to do with Spcl assets. ( if I understand correctly) Meaning : they have to sell or liquidate old inventory. Pixl isn't in the battery business. They are in multimedia. so they found a co. That is interested in it. If they didn't find a buyer they would have to " donate it" or throw it away for a tax write off. At least someone is interested in paying for it some way or another . So again ... gonna take time but they are on the right track to me.
