my wife who is an attorney stated this ma thing last night. If Dr.Missling and the board pull the 15 month data because it was bad , than he and the board members just broke the SEC rule. They just got finished and released from a previous lawsuit. I do not think they are that stupid as to hold back negative or info that shows bad results from shareholders.
Is he that stupid or is all these discussions worthless right now. I think the latter is true.
