SEC disclosure rules...

"...my wife who is an attorney stated this thing last night. If Dr.Missling and the board pull the 15 month data because it was bad , than he and the board members just broke the SEC rule."

It has been a while, but I read an article on the SEC rules on this a few years ago that talked about the application of the SEC rules. They must report in a timely manner events that are significant especially unexpected events. Not reporting right away the 15 month data if it is as expected or positive I think would be a non-issue for the SEC. Especially since they report such data from time to time and in the past, the data was positive.

On the other hand, negative 15 month data is unexpected and would have a large impact on the company. No one would disagree with this. Therefore, I think if they had negative data, the SEC rules would come into place forcing them to put out a press release immediately.
