I wouldn't rule out PR tomorrow if perception is bad though. Honestly if it were me I would blame the court proceedings because it was probably a distraction. However I don't believe the core investors in here give a damn about waiting 15 more days because it happens regularly.

Sure he could release them together. The Q could be filed at any point up to the deadline. Tomorrow is the end of q1.
