Well technically possible I guess but if you can't get the annual done how did you get the 1st quarter done?

Q1 2017 is not due until May 15th. The 2016 10-K including Q4 2016 is due no later than April 15th with the 15 day grace period by filing a NT.

10-K's are due 90 days after the end of the fiscal year, quarterly reports are due 45 days after the quarter has ended.
