Thanks! I looked at this page but for some reason I didn't see the update - I think I mistakenly was looking at a cached view of the page from some weeks ago. Now if somebody has not yet used up their free trial on pacermonitor and hence can sign up for the same and get a free download of the cc minutes, they could download to the cloud somewhere or to their own machine and then copy to an ihub post they could make the phone cc minutes available to all. Access to the documents is limited but it's quite kosher to download and share with anybody or everybody. I already used up my free trial or I would do that on this.
OTOH it looks rather like this may just be another uninteresting pushing out of a settlement proposal. Just maybe there might be some kind of statement demonstrating the nature of a settlement being discussed. Personally I think maybe all parties to this have their own motives for delaying any settlement; perhaps Linda Powers et al just want to kick the can down the road for their own reasons and the other side just wants to keep the suit alive to damage NWBO's reputation and/or prevent them from PRing anything about the investigation into ph V allegations. This suit should not hurt NWBO would but it probably achieves that just by throwing mud on Powers. From what I have heard indirectly from Les, all the plaintiffs are trying to get out of it at this point is for somebody else to pay the fees charged by their lawyer. Yet it drags on - I don't get that. Though whatever possible damage to NWBO was probably achieved long ago around the strategic time the suit was filed.
