I too am glad to see Peter's loan repaid and hope we don't get into the loan business again. One thing about the loan...it was made during the "bubble years" when optimism was rampant and almost everyone was using margin in the market. It didn't seem that big of a deal at the time; BUT, it was! in retro. He is forgiven...but don't ever do it again for any officer in the company.
