snackman, you probably need to let the debate die a natural death rather than deciding it is over by fiat. To decide that debate is boring is highly subjective and I'd err on the side of leniency.

Anyway, I was glad to see Peter paid back the loan and sad to see WAVX made it.

Avoiding the appearance of wrong doing should be sufficient to discourage such activities when you reach a certain level in the business world.
