The link is to the disclosure statement with Phillips name. Not certain how that was missed. The excerpts I provided are from the disclosure statement.

Howard Phillips is the owner of the Phillips Company. Otiko worked with him when he lived in Stillwater, OK. Phillips is the co-owner of the patent.

Phillips co's name is nowhere in that link. You are grasping unfortunately or assuming. Either way you haven't shown any evidence that Phillips co is the owner of Viabecline.
