You may have to check with your broker and simply fill out a form recognizing that you know Pink Sheet stocks are risky. I have done that in the past and have no problem purchasing Pink Sheet stocks online.

When I called they said that the restriction will be lifted once SUNEQ release their financial. They are trying to control what you buy.
