Good point. I do not trade Pink Sheet stocks and will not most likely.

I also tried to buy SUNEQ just now on Schwab with no problem….didnt complete the order.

Yes, I believe this is the case...I, too, recall now having to electronically sign a waiver or something like that to buy OTC.
