#143998 RE: trades4ever74 #143995

We got OEM deals with MSFT. The entire package was not revealed to us because it is under NDA and it was a Subsequent event report.

All the real news of that deal will come out in the next financials!!!

Onward and Upward!!!

WRONG

One simple question:

Is SFOR in better position against hundred or thousands of future infringers because of MSFT settlement?

Perhaps this idea was part of the calculus in accepting a relatively small dollar amount in hat settlement.

I will definitely disagree with that assessment!

The MSFT/PF settlement WIN from an industry behemoth speaks HUGE volume and sets a STI/SFOR precedent we are here and will defend our IP....and WIN! That WIN should not be taken lightly and down played at all when looking at the future of the company and the BIG PICTURE!

I do believe Mr. Kay, he's a very smart "business" man and much compromise for the future of STI/SFOR was required with this first WIN! I think his decision with MSFT/PF settlement win was a great decision when looking at the current financial situation and future of the company. The cash settlement provided funds to pay-off toxic notes and leave about 2M in the bank for company biz....AND NO MORE DILUTION! Although there was still one more conversion hanging of about 31M shares, which took place around SEP 2016. There's a lot of BS about massive dilution since NOV 2016, that's totally FALSE and just utter nonsense! Just email the TA and Cc Mr. Kay and the OS WILL be provided! FACT....it's NOT above 2.31B! ;-)

Yes one-time lump-sum payment of 9M, but there was also a NDA, which most likely due to MSFT. However, what the industry did take from the settlement -- SFOR product integration with a behemoth/MSFT OS and industry/customer acceptance! Which is a significant factor with industry/customer acceptance of STI/SFOR products!

I have to admit at first I was wondering why only 9M one-time lump-sum payment. So rather to down play and complain, I properly assessed why and have posted my thoughts. I'm very pleased with this investment and the STI Team!

The turnaround year was in 2016 with the MSFT/PF settlement WIN! ;-)

IMSO - 2017 will be a Phenomenal year for STI/SFOR and investors! Patience while the catalysts play out as Mr. Kay executes mission will be HUGELY rewarded! ;-)
