Yes it is true the settlement with microsoft did cause and give sfor the wind beneath it's wings it gave us a fighting chance. But that settlement was far worse than just weak it was a horrible settlement for us not for msft. I would not refer to that ridicules settlement as taking down goliath (msft) lol. They took us down hard. It is more like msft kicking a little pebble out of it's way that's about it. Remember everyone they are now rightfully using our product and making a billions and we are getting nothing else for that lisencing agreement. We already got a lumpsum and per Mark it was included in the settlement of 9.7 million dollars. And if you don't believe Mark well just look at the last Q that came out. It was for the third quarter of 2016 well after the settlement. And it clearly showed 183 thousand dollars in revenue. Those numbers would be bad even if target online was our only source of marketing/outlet I would still have expected more for third quarter of 2016 than 183 thousand dollars. Im long here believe there is huge potential here but now that we are out of the pressure cooker like we were in last year. I hope management brings forth alot lot lot better results from our current law suits whether by settlement or in court. Glta longs.
