I believe this company uses news releases to pump up the share price so they can sell fewer shares to achieve their finance goals.

The Annual Report is due this month. With full disclosure, Otiko can give everyone the ability to validate the claims within their news announcements throughout 2016.

For example, on May 11, 2016, the company issued a news release announcing a new distribution agreement with Coast to Coast Podiatry in Reseda, CA. Did they fully disclose that Otiko was the CEO, CFO, Secretary and sole director of Coast to Coast at the time, that this is his office? NO! He signed a distribution agreement with himself and issued a news release without this disclosure!

People are better off believing PRs as they hold substance and value. Company's don't release them for the fun of it!
