People are better off believing PRs as they hold substance and value. Company's don't release them for the fun of it!

There are many divergent views regarding value at this time. Dilution is significant and ongoing.

I recommend not believing the news releases until the company proves the forward looking statements within them.

I gathered what I could across the past two weeks and added it to the bottom half of the iBox (section with white background). I will continue to update this information.

At this time, they operate under a non-exclusive license to manufacture and distribute an antibiotic known as Viabecline--a Phillips company product aka Diabecline. Seems Dr. Otiko added two ingredients and now calls it his own.
