I think you're too pessimistic here. The ANDA acceptance was on February 2, 2017. A due diligence needs a bit of time (in my experience 8-12 weeks). You visit eachother, negotiate, prepare contracts and finally you sign. In my business (not biotech) we need nearly 6 months from the first contact to a signed deal.

Personally I expect a Rexista deal to be closed in April. Why? Because in April we'll have clarification whether Purdue sued or not. That is very important for the concrete economic details of the agreement.

For the Roth conference: it wasn't even communicated (like last year). So maybe they planned their attendance and paid for it long before and it has nothing to do with a search for money. Furthermore, such conferences are often more for networking. I wouldn't interpret too much into it.

Oh Samsa,

You are starting to sound like me ..... I must be rubbing off on you.

I too am wondering what they are doing. If they want final approval to launch Rexista in September, they need to get a partner lined up now.

Along the manufacturing lines ..... also has me wondering about Seroquel. All I get out of them is "that is the plan" as it relates to launching in May. They have indicated an update would be offered with the F1Q earnings report. May 1 is just over 6 weeks away. I expect they will have to be inspected and producing test batches by now to be in line for final approval to launch May 1. Although I also believe they are already FDA approved site and surely produced test batches in the past.

You and others keep talking about Focalin and Seroquel revenues getting us to CF+ and all .... and I get that ..... but the problem is that is based on the burn NOW .... and not what it would be if I had some money in my pocket. With some cash flow from those products, I would expect that to be immediately spent on more R&D to advance PODRAS and other candidates. So yes I agree it will bring more cash .... but cash that will be spent on further development.

IPCI needs to land partnership for Regabatin and PODRAS development and they need to get it done sooner rather than later.
