It depends how you interpret the PR. I believe that it's done. Fins will officiliase the merger so we can move forward to NASDAQ.

They are not operating as but functioning as. Big difference.

Pixel Mags has recently become a part of Solaris Power Cells, Inc. but continues to function as an independent entity.

Negative.

Pixelmags reversed merged into Solaris, as stated by the PR.

So, without fins showing Pixel input, there's no proof of a merger.
Operating independently sure sounds like no merger.
