I just sent this message to OTCM.

I noticed you made an adjustment to the share structure for Inolife Technologies that I made you aware of. However, you have the A/S as 5T and it should be 5B. Also, even though the last filing shows the O/S is 1,524,897,616, that is wrong. That is what the 10-K shows for the O/S as of 3/31/16. Since then, they did a 1:30,000 R/S on 10/7/16 which reduced the O/S to 61,556,069. Then, they added 58,495,000 during the last three months as stated in the 10-Q. The current O/S therefore, should be 120,051,069. I contacted the Transfer Agent to notify them of the error and asked to confirm but they didn't respond. Maybe you'd have better luck.
