Since then, they did a 1:30,000 R/S on 10/7/16 which reduced the O/S to 61,556,069. Then, they added 58,495,000 during the last three months as stated in the 10-Q. The current O/S therefore, should be 120,051,069

A market cap of $169,279,190 is bad enough but more than double that? For a company that hasn't even secured manufacturing yet?
