souza, go for it. My post was my conversation with the TA. As you can see he will be charging when you turn in your restricted cert. Also, look at post 11788...that is the actual email I got from aturd...so tell me...why would the TA not be charging me through aturd? Do you really think aturd is going to eat the charge from the TA for ME? I don't think so.
