Dallas66, please correct me if I'm wrong. The way i read it is that the TA is "not" charging me a fee to send me my cert, but it's ST who is charging me to send the info the the TA (even though ST is saying it's the TA who is the one who is charging the $25).
Please let me know if I'm close to being right.
