Pay attention! The A&M billings are per...

...their engagement agreement, some at annual contract rates, some hourly; and the personnel don't come cheap.

...alt-theories aside, "who does any party purport is doing the MASSIVE legwork on the tax refund recovery attempts (which were the largest assets, of which WMILT gets 20% of)?"

...just one example, take a look at the most recent news.

https://ecf.cofc.uscourts.gov/cgi-bin/show_public_doc?2008cv0321-336-0

...look AT THE DATES of the subject matter.

...30-35 YEARS AGO "data."

...and they are taking on the U.S. government.

...have you ever taken on the IRS for hundreds of millions of LEGACY tax disputes, embedded in acquisitions decades old, with the parent corporate tax department essentially GONE, then take it up at the Appellant level, looking for hundreds of millions of refunds (20% to the WMILT)?

...they have already received hundreds of millions (20% to WMILT), or would one rather THAT THEY DIDN'T TRY TO GET THOSE REFUNDS AT ALL?

...total nonsensical lack of understanding of the massive process to do the research and documentation work that are needed by the 3rd party attorney's representing the WMILT in such high stakes cases.

...don't take it wrong, they certainly 'milk these things; but milking is different than the "can't prove the negative that they aren't fraudulently billing" or the "can't prove the negative that they aren't managing hundreds of billions of secret hidden assets" fraudulently not disclosed by all of the parties in interest, including the UST and BK Court (and no, there is no such thing as off balance sheet assets from MBS in safe harbor for any party other than the securitizer (i.e., the sponsor BANK, WMB and subsidiary)).

...the Quarterly Status Reports.

...the SEC filings ~ the Annual 10K.

...etc.

...so please, consider the above.

...alt-action; file a motion with the Court for transparency in the billings.

...or, as was done recently when one contacted the Susman law firm (but not Mike Willingham, interesting), simply contact the Liquidating Trustee or TAB and ask for an explanation of the billings, or a summary of the billings (voluntarily in lieu of the consequence that one will motion the court for such).

...or just fall back to "you can't prove a negative."

...how long will it be that it is boasted that all of the imagined theories haven't been proven wrong yet?

...when the real question (but solely limited to the realm of reality) is why has not one dollar ($1) from such theories has EVER MATERIALIZED (over what has been fully disclosed by the WMILT).

...and that is that.
