You are correct that there is little factual info to make a clear determination on assets, but there is a plethora of circumstantial.
This FACT then makes your statement technically wrong on every level. We escrow theorists make these claims based upon our take of the case, so there is no burden of proof we have to bear.
It is incumbent on those, who constantly seek to refute our claims and have failed continuously to prove us wrong, to deliver a final "death blow" to our theories.
It's been 5+ years already and yet no one has ever been able to definitively "debunk" our claims of hidden assets. That alone to me is extremely telling.
