I IF you or I CANNOT PROVE one way of the other it all amounts to opinion then, in your words. When you SHOW THE BOARD what they are charging 2 MILLION a year for then MAYBE you will be right!

Pay attention! The A&M bllings are the proof!!!! If they aren't managing something in scale with those billings then they are fraudulently billing us.

Phin so you are saying that A&M is being paid $2m a year but they are managing $0 worth of assets?

Wouldn't that be fraud?

I would think that at some point in the future you will be proven right or wrong.
Assuming you are right when the facts come out and we are all told that you were right and A&M has been managing nothing don't you think there would be a line of lawyers filing for A&M to return their fraudulent gains as well as to file criminal fraud against the people giving them shareholders money for nothing?

I agree that there are not hundreds of billions in assets but they must have something to be paid to manage it.

So forget the billions vs 0 argument for a second and tell me what you think could possibly justify paying A&M that money.

What DO they have? They must have something right?

You are correct that there is little factual info to make a clear determination on assets, but there is a plethora of circumstantial.

This FACT then makes your statement technically wrong on every level. We escrow theorists make these claims based upon our take of the case, so there is no burden of proof we have to bear.

It is incumbent on those, who constantly seek to refute our claims and have failed continuously to prove us wrong, to deliver a final "death blow" to our theories.

It's been 5+ years already and yet no one has ever been able to definitively "debunk" our claims of hidden assets. That alone to me is extremely telling.
